Hey guys, I recently purchased a TotalONE NXG stick from someone and it has arrived today, but it looks different than retail.  It HAS the warranty stickers and doesn't look like pro stock, but it says TOTAL ONE NXGSE on the blade sticker and on the shaft.  The name bar just says, "PM9 87".  What is this stick, is it a true NXG, never saw the SE before?  Hoping it is not a hybrid shaft/blade combo.

Any help would be appreciated!

I believe it's a more sturdy model but I'm not sure.

It is most like a College/Uni prostock or possibly even custom...but should be a true NXG

SE APX and T1s I believe are wrapped with an extra layer for added strength on the walls on the shaft...not really any different from retail than that

Dont qoute me but I am pretty sure that is the main difference on teh SE sticks

Sounds like both of you (Bardownhockey8 and SSG_Beantown33) are basically saying the same thing, that it's a stronger version of a true NXG, which would be fine.  I wasn't sure if the shaft was a Vapor and blade was supreme or something along those lines.  Hopefully no other differing opinions come in stating otherwise...thanks again!

Actually I just found out from Chase at IW that it is the European model of the NXG (same specs) - it's actually in the Bauer catalog.  Strange, but glad it's not different.

Yes, thats exact, Bauer offers a SE model for the APX and NXG, download the catalog.

The only difference, is that the GRIP version is the same color then the non grip one here.

Can't your connections get you one for cheap?

Sometimes I tuck my junk between my legs and pretend to be a woman if that's what you meant?
