Wondering if 296 tuuk custom from my size 11 boots will fit on a size 9 boot wich is suposed to be 288. I want the oversized holders like nhl players for extra speed and agility.

Over sized holders don't help agility. The blade is longer so it helps with speed, especially for guys with small feet. Not that many NHLers use oversize holders.

What about easton holders do they have the same mouting holes as tuuks?

Easton holders do not have same holes. And 296 will fit a size 9 skate but would take new holes I believe but it will fit for sure

RBII have a very similar hole pattern to TUUK custom+, but not LS2 unfortunately. It's normally not a huge issue if you have someone who knows what they're doing...
