An accountant has pointed out some inaccuracies in the specifics of the article, but the overall message is the right one - don't spend like a veteran when you're on an entry-level contract, put money away so that it grows, and save those per diems. Not the best financial advice out there by any means - getting the right info for each individual will take time - but a good first money-related article for any pro to read.
