Yeah, but your liability will end once it gets to Delaware. Just call eBay if/when he submits a claim and they'll close it out.

So, as I suspected, the package reached Delaware, but now the tracking says that the package delivery "was not able to update" and has been stuck at that since Friday. Of course today, Mr. with the Russian email address messages me through eBay asking where his gloves are, so I told him he's a scammer and to check with USPS.

bradleyr11       Bids early in the week on a 7 day auction. Auction ends and I immediately get a  "wrong size/dont want"  message.  Thanks for wasting my time asshole.

How long does it usually take for eBay to contact you if a buyer submits a claim about not getting an item? I sold a pair of gloves to a guy with a .ru email address and a ship to address in Delaware in July. He emailed me a few times asking where the gloves are, I told him to fuck off and get lost, and that he was a scammer. If he had filed a claim back in late July or Early August, would they have contacted me by now you think?

Bought a brand new pro stock helmet, for $65 less than retail. Messages me 5 days after receiving the helmet, arguing it can’t be new, because there are no certification stickers on the helmet.

Here is what I currently have for sale:  https://imgur.com/a/i1FJR

I don't offer returns unless an item isn't as described. This guy bought a pair of CCM U+ CL's with the sizing info listed in the description as well as a close up of the tag. Description indicated the straps were stretched out. When item first arrives he sends e a message indicating the straps are long. I let him know a couple different ways to address it and reminded him I do not accept returns, as per the auction description.   I get a request from him a couple weeks later wanting to return it because the chest plate is too small and the straps are too long.  Ebay closes his case siding with me, as does PayPal when he opens a dispute indicating the item wasn't as described.  Got this feedback today : " Describe you item correctly next time. Don't waste your buyers time on returns!!"   Literacy is apparently not his forte.

Negotiated a best offer with me after a couple low ball offers. Sent a counteroffer, he accepted and then requested to cancel the sale within 10 minutes.

I️ hate when people try to send returns.

I don't have an issue with it If the item is truly not as described. I try to describe any flaws in detail and also document any issues with pictures. In this case, that wasn't a factor.

I just sold a Nike neck guard on Sideline for like $7.  After delivery I get a notice that  " Wang3R" has opened a dispute because "Wasn’t what I was expecting from a Nike neck guard."

So out of curiosity, what were you expecting?  Curious to see how sideline handles, I haven't sold much over there.

Shipped brand new pro stock shins for less than I paid (not even including the eBay fees), after literally trying them on and finding they didn't fit. Complained that the straps are frayed and was upset about the box I used for shipping.
