Pants are in good condition, no rips or tears.
Palms on gloves are pretty good - right glove stitching coming loose on the pinky finger, small hole on outer thumb of right glove (sorta visible in 2nd pic)
Pants and gloves were just soaked in tub in oxyclean and detergent - no smell
