I know this has been discussed before on the site but I was looking for some more info.
Anyone know the specs of his oilers mitts? He has a cuff mod right? ...I've seen some pics that make it look like a shortened Hossa and then he cuts it at the crease?...but I think maybe that has changed?
If anyone has his mitts and would post pics id appreciate it. Thx! :up:

From what I recall, its a shorted Savard cuff, shaped a little different than the Hossa cuff, but it's cut in one of the corners. I think Warrior makes it for him like that now, instead of him just cutting it himself. Pretty much what you described. Also, the under cuff is different from any of the other options as well.

 

That navy undershirt he wears makes it kind of hard to see but here's a decent picture of the top of the cuff:

All I could find was a small pic, but the under cuff looks standard. They definitely appear to be narrows, not sure what size though.

He also used to cut the inside (thumb side) of the under cuff.

Don't know if it's possible, but I'm def gonna try my hardest to get that cuff on my next pair of customs that I order.  Being an employee of one of their retailers might help me a little lol
