Hello,

 

can someone on here be bothered to post the weight of

a) a 7K pro elbow size 5

b) a 8k pro shin pad size 15?

A single Size 5 7k pro is 11.8 ounces.

anyone know if the 8k pros are supposed to come with straps that are removable? a member is asking me if they are there on the set im selling but when i look in the appropriate areas it looks like the team i got them from cut them off with no removable loop option.

I believe 8k Pro shins do come with straps, only at the top though.

thanks harv, was just wondering thought they were much more heavy. A single TotalOne Size M is roughly 9 ounces.

 

@kingfooj - if you are talking about shins the 8K retail have two removable straps, don't think the pros have them

8k pros have a strap at the top which is removable. They dont have the holes for other straps. Could mod it but a little sock tape will hold it down.

my (nearly new) 8K pro 16" are almost bang on 500g per pad, if that helps. no straps.

my 8K pros have little remnants of velcro but not loops or straps.

- they would be lighter than the crazy lights then, hard to believe

- the velcros are for the calf protector (molded plastic piece)

the 8K pro are very light. it's the first thing i noticed when i got them.

 

my scale is not super accurate, it's an 'analog' postal scale, but within 25g or so i would say it's accurate.
