I recently bought an Apx from a member here. And i was surprised by the thikness of the wall inside the stick. This thread is not to be negative on behalf on the seller that u bought it from. I love the stick but i find it strange of thick the wall are. Why is that?

Sticks : pro stock ccm cl midnight,apx,nexus, older T1 sticks( lefty,grip,87-95 flex,p92-p88-p14 similar curve)
shell : black XL to fit over huslters

It's the pro players preference. Maybe he wanted some more durability, maybe he likes heavier sticks. I know I couldnt deal with that... I always have to add extentions to my sticks, doesn't look like an end plug would fit in there.

A lot of Junior teams have the inside of their sticks made this week to add durability (and keep stick costs down).
