Just want to give everyone a heads up.
There was a pair x60 Ovi gloves posted on sideline swap yesterday. I messaged the seller and he sent me his phone number to take the conversation outside of the app.
After messaging with him for about an hour, he dropped his price from $1000 USD to $500 CND and was requiring 50% up front and 50% upon delivery. He only wanted e-transfer and refused Paypall secured.
I asked for additional pictures, and he sent pictures of APX2’s instead of X60’s like the add and original pictures states.I called him out and he stopped replying.
I hope no one got taken by this chump. I wanted to post here ASAP to make everyone aware.
This guy is a scammer. They were originally up for $600 and I bought through SLS. He gave some run around for 4 days and finally cancelled the swap. I reported him already and recommend others do the same.
Trying to get me to “purchase” off SLS from the get go. The guy is 100% shady.
