So if I understand the Bauer marketing correctly, the Nexus was created because so many pros liked the G3 flex profile, so Bauer thought they'd offer that kind of flex profile in a retail stick. My question: What is the difference between a pro stock G3 stick and a pro stock 'true' Nexus stick? Why do pros keep using the G3 when they can choose the Nexus?

One of the difffrerence is that a Nexus has is a true one piece ! A G3 is a blade fused to the shaft ! They are also not ussing the ame carbon fiber in a G3 Stick !

Difference: G3 is made out of a 12k weave, nexus is textreme weave.

They keep using G3 for potentially a variety of reasons

1- they are comfortable with it
2- they like the blade on the g3
3- they prefer the 12k finer vs textreme

From what I've heard, most of the times the blade on G3 sticks are One95 blades. I think we all know the general thoughts on the One95.
