Talked to someone who works for Bauer and apparently it’s ADV construction with Supreme shaft shape. So I guess the last letter equates to shaft shape (B = Vapor, C = Supreme, ??? = Nexus).

I'd assume it is if Jack Hughes is using it.  I also have an X Lite with the same 1X3.0 marking and am curious if it just means it's the latest 1X batch or something

1X3.0  and  S181X are both codes for a retail 1X Lite construction, yes.

Bauer’s insta claims that the blade core (at the retail level) is the same but I disagree. The ADV’s blade has worse puck feel than the 1XL. So to answer your question I would say that the blade core is different and is of a lighter material since the ADV isn’t as blade heavy as the 1XL (not that the 1XL is blade heavy but comparatively).
