Pro Stock: Montreal Canadiens Mikhail Sergachev #31 (Windsor Spitfires Issued)
Warrior QRL Modified LH 105 Flex
Stick Code: T4QRL
Personally signed by Sergachev for a Spitfires season ticket holder who has access to the players.
Modifications:
1) D3 Dagger Taper along the front of the stick running parallel with the blade is the same as retail.
2) The thickness of the blade is like an HD1. There is no tapper along that profile.
3) The Blade is thicker at the heel in height, unlike a traditional Backstrom/Henrique/Kopitar profile.
4) The Toe is squared off on the top and a slight radius along the bottom.
5) Grip tack along the full shaft length.
6) There is no abrasive finish on the blade.
7) The fuse point is high, the same as a QR1 (so I assume its the same as retail for a QRL)

Some info I got from a Warrior pro rep today:
Shaft constructions
F4: Fused, mid kick
T3: True one-piece, low kick
T4: True one-piece, mid kick
G3: Low fused tapered .520 shaft/blade, mid kick (different flex profile than F4/T4 though)
Blade constructions / Stick materials
L: Light blade kit (lighter foams)
R: Ribs in blade (makes blade slightly stiffer)
N: Reinforced neck / hosel
LR: See above
LRN: See above
QR: New materials (superseded L/R/N construction, more durable)
QRL: New materials, lighter
QRX: New materials, extra stiff blade
So, for example: T4QRL would be a true one-piece mid kick stick made with new materials and a lightened blade
Blade stiffness options: Soft, regular, stiff, x-stiff
He essentially told me that there is no such thing as a pro version of a retail stick. The constructions and materials are completely different. (e.g. "QR" has nothing to do with the covert QR1/QRL). Also, I asked about the "X-stitch" blade (of Kovalchuk fame), and he said they don't make it anymore because of durability concerns.
Also, a note on indicated flex: If a stick is ordered at a custom length (anything other than 60"), the indicated flex is the flex AT THAT LENGTH. Therefore, if you order a stick at 55" length and 75 flex, it will be just as whippy uncut as an uncut 60" 75 flex stick. If you were to cut down the 60" stick to 55", it would be stiffer than the 55" stick. Essentially, in pro stock sticks Warrior fine tunes the flex to the custom length of the stick; it's not just an extension or a cut shaft.
I'll update this post if I get more info.

I was thinking team stick at first but then remembered that team sticks don't let you do a custom pattern, and this thing has a player ID #. But it also doesn't look like a G3 monocomp. It looks more like a fused one piece.
Custom everything.

from here http://www.sports2k....-have/?p=198850
steph said it was a super light shaft...not sure what the flex profile would be

I have 2 Bauer sticks both with RB10JB on them. However the build kit sticker that comes with most custom orders has different descriptions for each stick. You would think with both of them having a RB10JB kit build that the descriptions would be the same but they are different.
