They're just total ones that he covers the logo and gold heel stripe with a black paint pen. It's simple but looks really nice I think. Horton, selanne and one of the guys in Florida all always paint thief skates. Selanne just pants his 7.0's black and I'm not a fan of how those look but I do kind of like ye Florida players I mentioned

I think Dustin brown has some all black Bauers too.

I believe you're correct Brian but brown usually wears the Bauer s9 classics

I have seen a few done around here on some guys I skate with. Trainers do it for them. Dye and shellac I believe.
I also know some have had TSR do them. I took some of their pics.
$30 or $40 bucks I think.

Blacked out APX looks weird, but its still nice.
Horton's skate are definitely blacked out TO's.

Me, I'm looking forward to the Nexus line. I hope something bad happens to my X:60s soon so I can justify them.
