The Kangaroo Goat and the Yellow Mustang are two of their performance palms; they cost a bit more and are not covered under warranty. I feel for the extra $7 it's well worth it; but that's just my opinion. The Yellow Mustang is almost like a suede like feel is extremely soft. The Kangaroo Goat is soft as well, but does not have that suede like feel (as far as the surface of the material). In all honesty, it will come down to personal preference and how much you want to spend on a set of custom mitts. There are things that are not offered on the Warrior Customizer (i.e. choice of cuff, digital palm, etc...) that you can ask for; just use one of the following email addresses(customhky@warrior.com if you are in the U.S.A. or warriorcanada@warrior.com if you are in Canada).

I love the nash palms honestly, the maintenance on kangaroo/mustang would deter most people who aren't good at taking care of them, although they are amazing palms.

And yes, it's hard to find a 13" pair, especially to your specs.

mine showed up this morning as well!



similar to the Kovy gloves but I wanted navy instead of black and I used all 3 materials in the glove.
for the second time in a row the mustang palms are that softer, kind of fuzzy palm.
I'm very pleased that Warrior got everything right on these gloves including the double stitch number and NHL font for the name.

Thanks numan I didn't see that in here. I also want to say thanks to everyone else who replied so quick and with great info. Definitely helps me out to have all of your opinions on that. I plan on waiting till after the holidays to try to set some up. I will post pics when I do get around to getting them.

It must be fixed now, I just went to www.mywarriorhockey.com and the Customizer is working fine. Sometimes I've had problems getting to the Customizer; it will send me to Yahoo. When that happens, I usually go through IW and then access the Customizer from there.
