So, with the news of the demise of the Warrior Hockey custom glove program as we all know it I think that a centralized thread completely dedicated to learning about the Eagle custom program would be helpful.

Personally, I have never ordered from Eagle, so this is also designed as a way to gather as much information as possible on their custom program.

A few things I would like to know:

-Which retailers can order the gloves. No one online really advertises the ability to have Eagle make gloves.

-Cuff Options, do they have something akin to Warrior's "Hossa" cuff available?

-Any other information about their process, wait times, etc. Really, the intent here is to gather as much information about Eagle and their custom glove program as possible.

I think this will become a awesome thread

In terms of quality do these compare to warrior as in fit and comfort

Here's what they offer as far as palms:
MSH3,goatskin,cowhide,mustang,digital,digital tackified and regular cream nash.

Eagle will do finger length mods, and can interchange cuffs from their lineup of gloves. They do have a savard-like cuff. Waiting to get some pics and I'll throw them up.

You can basically customize every single aspect of the glove to an extent

I ordered a custom pair after the Vaughn buyout.

Any retailer that deals with Eagle can order it for you.  I played around with the online customizer, printed it out in-store and the shop took care of the rest.  It took about 4 weeks during the non-busy season.  I based my glove off Trevor Linden's CP94 specs.  The CP94 is a discontinued model but they still offered to make it for customs.  The fingers on my pair aren't as long a the retail models, they had a blend of nash and mesh gussets and a MSH2 palm.  They would only let me choose from stamping X72 or PPF on the glove, I couldn't leave it blank or have it say CP94.  They also wouldn't let me delete the Eagle logo on the bottom backroll.

I believe the gloves cost me $249 with all the extra options I wanted.  It's a pretty hefty price to pay for a pair of gloves but they are one of the best I've had.

Does anyone have an online retailer that they have worked with on Eagle gloves that would be helpful? My local shops WILL NOT do a custom eagle glove.

To the S2K Fantasy Hockey Champion for this year, I'm thinking the winner should create a pair?

I ordered a pair about 4 years ago through my local shop. Didn't really do any mods to the stock PPF+ other than the color scheme. Took about 3 weeks to fulfill, didn't run me any more than retail.

I had used Eagle in minor hockey and always like the gloves, specifically the palm.

Customs I had were good gloves, used them for about a year and a half playing 4-5 times a week before the inserts wore through the tufftek.

To update:

I have gotten approval from Eagle for the model, cuff, and modifications that I have requested. Just one minor detail waiting to be cleared up. Very professional and quick to respond.

Just need The Hockey Shop to email me back so I can work out placing the order. Once everything is set and ready to go I will update.

The Hossa/Twist cuff (they referred to it as a "shortened Savard") BUT, I asked for a modification to the underside of the cuff to make better...
