Got to play around with both of these sticks today. Blown away how light they both were. New features are stiffer toe, 3:1 ratio on back wall of shaft (so stick still flexes on sides but no power lost from it flexing front to back on powerful shots) and newer graphics, esp with the Ribcor as Reebok is a lot more prevalent and going back to splashing neon green all over the stick. Loved the simple look of Ribcor

Was told lot of current Ribcor NHLers are using the painted Shadow, and was shocked to learn the 20K was one of Reebok's worst selling stick...as I loved it.

Thanks for the info :y

To the best of my knowledge, most NHL players who are currently using Ribcor sticks, are just painted sticks without the ribs.

Always glad to share whatever limited knowledge I have. The CCM will be out in May I believe and new Reebok out in August. Other thing I remembered is Reebok will feature its usual lesser priced models as we with slight color variations (ex: 30K, 28K, etc)

So does the Ribcor Shadow have the ribs visible on it still?

Or are some of the ribcors out just have the ribs manufactured on the inside of the shaft?

Shadow def had the ribs, as did the model down. The next two lower models had the ribcore paint up and name, but no ribs visible. Just a $99 ribcore variant. Reebok was much more visible on the stick. Sort of a letdown to me. I liked the plain direction the were moving in.

I thought the same thing, though I wasn't sure if players were Spraypainting the sticks black.

Wasnt allowed to take any pic of the new ribcor, but since not out until August, I'm guessing they want to push the stock of version 1 before showing it off.

Why are they still coming out with Reebok twigs if reebok is supposed to be entirely ccm soon.
-Looking for Warrior Goligoski gloves
-Looking for Florida Everblades gear

I'm guessing (but not 100% sure) that the talk of full Reebok demise may have been premature. The rep was telling us new CCM helmet this year and new Reebok ones next year. So your guess is as good as mine. When Sid was wearing the CCM pants/shell at the outdoor game recently I thought it was a sure sign Reebok is done. Seems maybe not. I know Reebok also signed Connor McDavid to a huge sponsorshil a while back as well, so we will have to see what happens there.

Both look great.

Cant wait to try the RBZ Superfast, specially since they are brining back the heel curve (P15/Galchenyuk) :y

CCM looks pretty cool. The red blade reminds me of the TITAN sticks of my youth. Good stuff.

I hope they will introduce the e28/w28 pattern to their upcoming shadow line.

nope.

this is unbelievable why they are always behind their competitors in patterns choice their Crosby is not even the same as the P92 or E3 somewhat close but not exactly the same why they don't want to add this type of pattern in their lineup witch seem's to be a good seller.

The E3 and the P92 aren't the same curve even... They're slighty different from each other but if you're saying the CCM/Reebok offering is different, then you can't compare those two either.

Bauer doesn't have an E28 clone, but they do have the P14. CCM/Reebok have the C46. All three of those curves were brought to the retail level by the same guy, under the "shoot from the toe" mindset.

It's really not that unbelievable when the majority of stick manufacturers don't offer a curve as well.
