Royal blue retail bauer helmets, would you say they are closer to which team color that uses blue helmets?

It depends on the batch that you get.  My LHS has the Re-Akt helmet from two different batches.  The earlier ones were much lighter but now the newer stock is much darker, closer towards a Navy blue.

I'm not sure what you're asking here. Are you asking which teams wear royal blue helmets? Which pro teams' royal blue helmets are similar to retail royal blue?... A pro stock royal blue helmet (with the exception of Montreal's, which is 'Montreal blue'), is the same colour as a retail royal blue helmet. They're not using a different colour of plastic to make the pro ones as the retail ones.

Bauer have changed the shade of Royal Blue for this years new models. It's darker than previous models

I would say that the royal helmet I have could be used as a leafs or Montreal helmet, but I find the royal in Montreal helmets a little brighter sometimes

Sorry for the confusion. This is what I mean, is a retail royal blue helmet closer to say an oilers retro pro stock, leafs pro stock or habs pro stock?

Most of the helmets I have seen have Royal Blue and Montreal blue. The Royal seems a tad deeper or darker whereas the Montreal is a little lighter but brighter.

My retail royal blue helmet didn't match my leaf pants very well .....

I would say in my opinion its closer to a montreal than a toronto, if that helps, although it would still work with lots of other teams, just won't be a perfect match

That's what I'm looking for, fellas. To me they're is no sense in hunting down PS helmets. A 4500 is a 4500 to me because I end up taking out half of the padding out anyways.

Maybe opposed to teams that wear a more navy blue? I would say bauer blue would also match relatively well with the rangers
