I've reported Mindfulstate to SLS multiple times, but they have refused to ban him from the site. I've included all the necessary details and evidence, yet they still will not budge. As funny as it is to troll, I'd recommend reporting Mindfulstate to SLS first. It's possible that enough reports from many different people may get SLS employees to wake up and actually do something about this issue. Send all the screen shots and swap IDs so SLS can see for themselves. Even if they don't ban him for selling fakes, they may ban him for making threats and breaking TOS. As an authentic jersey collector and someone that has been scammed multiple times on this site and SLS, I always make sure to report scammers when I see them.

This kid seems to be very young and immature, but most likely understands that what he's doing is wrong, hence the hostility and obvious fabricated lies IE. "I own my own law firm" and "I'm a single dad with cancer trying to make ends meet." If he continues this charade, he will be in hot water with the NHLPA, US Customs, and the USPS. It's only a matter of time before someone comes knocking on his door and I'd imagine his parents won't be too thrilled. SLS can also get in legal trouble for allowing illegal counterfeit merchandise to be sold on their site. Importing and selling counterfeit merchandise is highly illegal and sending it through USPS is a federal crime. Fake jerseys are made in Chinese sweat shops and contribute to human trafficking, forced labor, and criminal activity. In addition to being very poor quality, they may contain harmful chemicals from unregulated manufacturing processes. A guy near me was arrested for selling counterfeit bicycles and parts a few years back.
Update: It appears Mindfulstate has either removed all items or has been banned. Let's hope it's the latter.
