We had secret skates during the pandemic, too.
We still talk about it to this day.
It was during the summer months, and I'd bring a 5 gallon jug of water to rinse off in the parking lot because we had no showers.
Those were actually some of the best pickup skates I've been a part of.

that's going to be a return. that's a girdle shell, not a pant shell and someone wearing large pants isn't going to come close to fitting into that.
always looking for non Reebok L & XL shells......

For sure, assuming it ever sells LOL. Large Warrior QRE girdle shells fit snug on my medium QRE girdle.

Oh, for sure. We were all just so damn happy to be back on the ice.
And those parking lot beers were some of the best I've ever had. Didn't occur to us to shower out there, tho!

The first pic I thought you had it in the wrong thread, then I looked at the detailed pics of all the damage and read the description... why bother going through the effort to list something in such bad shape? After shipping (almost $40) you could get a brand new Mix backpack style bag for about $20 more that's so much better.

The bag belongs in a dumpster or donated. The shipping shows up as $22.90 for me, so with tax someone would be paying $40 for a destroyed CCM bag that's at least 15 years old.
https://sidelineswap...7-hockey-skates These were $60 new and one of the worst skates (casual or otherwise) you can buy. One of the rinks I used to work for bought 20+ pairs of these as rental skates. After attempting to repair them many times, I had to throw every single pair out within a few months. Snapped tendon guards, creased boots, popped rivets & eyelets, cracked toe boxes, broken holders & runners, shredded liners, etc. All this damage was caused by casual public skaters, so I can only imagine how they'd disintegrate after one or two hockey games. The plastic Riedell rental skates held up much better, which is saying a lot.
