Someone named Perry lol

Someone’s gonna buy that Gretzky Gripper and use it to make a gretzky “game used” stick just like a couple collectors did not too long ago passing off fabricated Gretzkys sticks as real.

Anyone want moldy gloves?  :vomit: https://sidelineswap...-used-13-gloves

$300 for a LC bag? You could buy a Little Caesar's franchise for cheaper! https://sidelineswap...nior-player-bag

Unfortunately yes, especially on the left palm and binding on both gloves. I used to see it all the time on car seats and floors when I was a detailer. The seller of these Eagles most likely left them sweaty in a bag for a long time. I contacted the seller but have yet to receive a response. Such a shame, those poor MSH2 palms  :(

The more I look at it, the more I think it is just a sun spot. If you look at the right thumb on the second picture when it’s on the left side of the picture there’s nothing. But in the fourth picture with the right thumb on the right side of the picture then you do see that white spot.

But there is some around the binding on the cuff for sure.

I'm talking about the white/green speckling on the left palm and binding, not the bright white sun spots. I know mold when I see it and I can assure you that those Eagles are (unfortunately) moldy.

Alternatively, you can buy a garden variety black/white pro stock pair for well under $200, buy a $3 yellow sharpie at your local craft store, achieve the same effect, and then blow the other +$200 on Werther's originals or something.

Look, I get that these are the real deal, but $400 dollars? Come the hell on.

I actually paid $475 USD for them during the Canucks auction. Every 'Black Skate' glove went for $300 to $600.

It's funny how people like you think gloves should be priced accordingly to the mentality of "you can just buy a cheaper pair and a sharpie, and do it yourself"

I wasn't aware the gloves were auctioned off at charity and went for those prices. Fair enough.

Maybe I'm speaking as an impoverished curmudgeon, but if I'm spending that much money on a pair of hockey gloves, they better be Wayne Gretzky's Oilers gloves... and his damn hands better still be inside them.

If it's a "Canucks Yellow" straight from the offices of Rogers Arena, it'll run you anywhere from six to nine dollars as opposed to the usual three.
