Size 58+, like new. Size is very close to 58 and not too far off 56. Below is a pic of a 56 2.0 jersey on top of this 58+ 3.0. I think girth is the main difference between sizes. Arm length is very close and body length is maybe +2". Keep in mind the girth and arm hole size are larger in the 3.0 over the tapered 2.0 by design so the size difference in those regards isn't as great in a 56 3.0.
There is also pics of me wearing it with shoulder pads and elbows on. I am 5'9" 185 and ideally wear a 56.
