I know if you contact ebay you can have certain things put in place for certain auctions. Not sure about all auctions but they were pretty resonable when I talked to them. Dont know the circumstances around your sitation though!

Despite never winning an item from PowerPlay Auctions, I'm no longer allowed to bid on their items. I would like to have that available for certain people lol

forgot how, but I blocked somebody from bidding on my stuff. It was real easy

I don't think you can block people from seeing your auctions, just from bidding.
If your bag has wheels, you don't.

I blocked a few today. Even better of they can see them, bwahaha when they try to bid.
