D/A is regular forefoot and narrow heel.

Pablo is correct. D/A means a normal width throughout but with a narrow heel to lock your heel in place. Almost all pro stock skates have an A heel with D/A and E/A Bieng the two most popular width sizes

Ah. God I wish they would invent something that would allow me to try them on without having to be there. I wear X:60s in 7EE right now and they're a touch too wide. I tried on the 7s, and they didn't work either - too small. I tried on a pair of One70s in 7.5 and they felt good, so I think that 7.25 would work, but there's no way of being sure. And that heel thing is scary.

The D/A takes alittle to get used to. I was wearing 7D in x40s when I got my pro stock x60 D/A it was so tight and had to get them baked twice but now I love the fit of them. If they were cheaper I'd but them right away since 7 1/4 is such a hard size to find!

D/A does take a bake or few skates to get used too but I wouldn't ever go back now that I use it. Locks the heel in place and I feel I just get a better power transfer and more fluid skating motion.

Also sale pending on these

Yeah I know they are 275 which is a great price but I just spend 340 on x60. Don't really want to drop another 275 when I just got a brand new pair.
