Yeah maybe the hot dog is underrated and there is an untapped market for quality franks.  Places like Pink's in Hollywood and Top Dog up here in Northern Cali are adored, yet there's no quality national or even regional chain that I can think of.  Wienerschnitzel needs some competition!

STUFF I'M LOOKING FOR (NEW/LIKE NEW CONDITION)
• MIC AX1 13" or 14" -- NOT NYI, Oilers, Habs, Ducks, Preds, Hawks, Leafs, Pens, or Devils (retro YES PLEASE).
• Joe Thornton CCM mitts

• Pro stock edge socks:
- Wings away

• Blackhawks red practice jersey 56/58
• Sens Cream Heritage 2.0 game jersey 56/58

I've never had a dog off a cart in NYC but I have been to Gray's Papaya and the original Nathan's at Coney Island. good stuff!

Go to a local German or Polish deli. They will have high quality hot dogs, coneys, brats, etc. There are definitely regional distributors of high quality German and Polish food, they just don't carry them at normal grocery stores.

that's crazy.

in Toronto that would probably cost you $25 minimum

I bought KFC a few days ago, 9 pieces for 9.99 and it was dark meat only which i like better, but i know in that states they some places sell chicken on average for 2pc/$1 or so. At least that was the case when i was in Texas. Over here KFC regular price is 10 pc for like 14.99/15.99 or something stupid like that.

Toonie tuesdays are 2.88 now at KFC and Popeyes.

yesterday i had this after late night hockey:

It's a tradition for me and a couple buddies after weds shinny. Whopper Wednesdays are awesome, $5.65 and you get a combo, they used to do $2 whoppers last year on whopper weds so we'd get a combo and an extra burger. This year you can't get the single burger for $2 anymore just the combo for $5. Sometimes i'll cop two combos still, i just don't have the second pop, trying to watch my weight ;) all 175lbs of me.

When you sleep that stuff puts you out like a light, coma toast.
