I also remember someone using a tennis ball underneath the nylon part of the pant and in between the thigh board while very carefully using a razor blade to get things started on removing the embroidered part. I'm sure a xacto knife would be better.
I did this to a pair of canes pants. I found that using the disposable shaving razors worked well. But be careful. Then you need to pull all the threads out. The canes logo took me like 3-4 hours to remove. I wash binge watching something while doing it. But happy with my all black One95s!
