b33f's craftsmanship as displayed in the Recent pickups section got me thinking about a locker for home use. Since I stand little chance of replicating what he did, I searched the internet and found this website:

http://www.prolocker...cker-_p_20.html

They look pretty good... Anybody have any other suggestions??

I am always looking for NY Rangers gear.

That's very nice, however at 344$ I find it a bit expensive.

Did you see the wall-mount versions? Much less expensive. BTW, the ad for that company comes up just about every time I'm on this site.

Although I thoroughly enjoy seeing the multiple piles of thousands of dollars of gear on floors and couches (Some of your collections are truly amazing)...

I've always thought about having a stall at home to air / store my gear in and now since the wife is getting annoyed at the pile of gear I have going in our basement I guess it about time to tackle the project.. Have any of you thought about building / buying a dressing room stall / locker to hang your gear in?.. I just bought a house with a finished basement and have a blank wall that is screaming for a set of stalls/lockers, stick rack and jersey socks area.... I only have about 2 sets of gear (all Pro stock old and new), several sticks, and a ton of jerseys and from various teams I play on.. I figure build 2 stalls then use the one for my son when he's old enough..... Any examples, ideas?..

I just bought the "Pro Goalie" locker from prolocker.ca. I'm a player, but wanted the biggest one they had (a few extra hooks mainly). I'm very happy with it. Easy to put together and hang. I'll post a pic of it shortly.

Not the best picture but it gives you a good idea. Hung it on my garage wall.

Here's the locker stalls that I build myself. My brother and I have a small office space in our house where I set up our "locker room". He's the goalie on our Senior men's team. Its probably a bit much, haha, but given the addition to pro stock items, the guys on the team seem to think its right on par.

I inadvertently started a new thread with this topic but here's what I did.. I have wanted to attack this project now for a while now. I was in the process of straightening out the finished part of my basement I decided to go through with it... Although the Pro Locker items are of nicer quality I had a specific design in mind and am planning 2 locker with a stick rack and closet rack for jerseys and racks for socks as well as some shelving for my extra stuff.. What you see here was the result of about $75 in materials, a few hours yesterday and the proper tools.. A power mitre saw and drill were essential.. I fit it out with my current gear that gets used to get an idea of spacing, etc... I'll be back to building the other one and the other racks and getting it all organized next weekend and will update.. Again nothing flashy just wanted my gear up and off the floor and a nice space to organize all of my gear..

Just finished this up this week. Used MDF and some hooks from the hardware store, cost me about $60 to build and a few hours of time. Bottom bench opens and I store the bag in there. Not too bad for my first attempt at this.
