From my experience, pro stock practice jerseys fit like this in retail: 52 - sm, 54 - med, 56 - lg, 58 - xl, 58+ - xxl

For reference, I'm 5'8", 180lbs and a 54 fits a little tight in the arms but everything else is comfortable.
