They just added a bunch of pants including Warrior-branded Jets Heritage. I find it hard to believe that the Jets had this many pants made for one game. I know PSH gets a lot of SMUs made and passes them off as "team stock" but you think they actually had Jets Heritage pants made by Warrior for this purpose?

I can't tell if you're joking or not.

They have done this with the blues, sharks, and whoever else. It's been made pretty clear that they have access to team stock or the ability to get stuff made by warrior.

Those are two different things. My question is, are the Jets pants really team stock as advertised or are they examples of the latter, i.e. SMU from Warrior.

Are team stock and samples not the same thing in most cases? Team stock is essentially products that are sent to be tested by players to determine if they want to order their own with their name etc. That or spares for callups and new trade acquisitions.

 

No matter how you look at it, they're the same product no matter how many times they change hands lol.

exactly. it's the same company manufacturing them so what difference does it make? I have always doubted the "SMU" possibility because without permission from the NHL companies like PSH (and probably Warrior) would be subject to copyright violations. we're not talking jerseys shipped from the Far East here.

Right, and Warrior would be complicit in fulfilling the orders.  Maybe the NHL is in on it too!
