He wore this jersey in the RBC Play Hockey Charity Challenge.  It's signed on the number.

Game Worn Ben Scrivens Toronto Maple Leafs jersey

 

This was bought at the equipment sale a couple years ago.  Worn during the 2010-2011 pre-season I believe (will double check the tag).  It's in good shape, some light puck marks but no tears or anything as far as I can tell.
