Looking at having a digital overlay done on a pair of gloves, but wanted to get some thoughts on the best option for the base material (e.g. nash, clarino, etc.) based on experience. I was looking to do a red base layer which I think will limit my possibilities. Any input would be appreciated.

How easy is it to just sew on a micronash overlay? New gloves have a single layer micronash in beige. Was looking to have an overlay put on the palm. Ideally I'd want the gussets changed, but the gloves are brand new so until I need to replace the full palms, I don't think it would be worth changing just the gussets

As far as I know, the only red palms they have are nash.
I had red nash palms with black spyder overlay done one one of my pairs. They turned out really nice, and the nash is super comfortable. I have use them a fair amount, and they're holding up very well.

Do you mean for CPR? Or to do it yourself? There are also many other repair shops that can handle an easy task like that with most likely a much quicker turn around time.
MIC Franchise gloves for sale? PM me!

CPR or anyone else. No way could I do it myself. Wasn’t sure if they’d have to remove the old palm to sew on an overlay.

When in doubt, get micronash.

Speaking with Ken about palms on a pair of gloves, I have a few questions I was hoping people here could answer.
I've only used micronash palms before (or micronash with micronash overlays). Rather than doing a full grey on grey palm, I was thinking of maybe red with a black overlay and red stitching or black with red overlay and black stitching. CPR has black in clarino and red in nash. From reading the online bible about palms, both materials are similar to each other, but thicker than micronash. Would layering them on top of each other give a significantly different feel than the micronash I'm used to? If clarino is softer and less durable, would it make more sense to put that on the full palm and nash as the overlay?
I saw Hokie's gloves above and was wondering if there are any more examples of black/red or red/black palms on a black glove (non kovy overlay)? Or does anyone have dark grey palms with red stitching? I went through all 85 pages and could only find 3 or 4 examples of red w/ black kovy overlays. No black w/ red or grey with red stitching. Google isn't much help either as the best I found are these: https://images.pureh...1412&pic_type=5
Last question... Bauer owners that had a name change on the thumb. Ken mentioned they don't have the same material to match the glove. If you changed a name on your glove, how close is the material to stock Bauer?
Thanks for all the help!!
