Just came back from Costco, seems like they upped their tape game. They're now selling Sports Tape brand (Cantech), under 1$/roll for clear 12 pack and 10$ for 6 packs of black or white stick tape.

Costco has been my spot for tape for years now. Usually they are seasonal though and only stock it in the winter.

It's a life saver, can't go wrong paying 10.99 for a 12 pack of clear.
They've always had a "no name" R Brand tape in the past, but was really surprised to see them stocking Sport Tape for the same price. They even have SPHL, ECHL, and AHL logos all over the packaging and the display case, not something many people in Quebec would associate with. Needless to say, I picked up a pack of each

Costco on the west coast has been selling tape for years. Great for stocking up during the season!
Not a fan of the Renfrew stick tape they've been stocking

it's a great deal, but i haven't seen it for a couple of months as it's prob seasonal. not the world's greatest tape, but for sock tape works great.

Ha free my ass. We have to pay $30 a month for health insurance and around $50-80 a month for Blue Cross Healthcare for more coverage, nothing is free in life. Thats not incl meds either, unless you get full coverage from work, everything costs $

lol sure it is. Most provinces in Canada have to pay 12% sales tax and thats not including other taxes that are at a high percentage. Other things offset each other in different economies. Like how an avg home in America costs a couple hundred thousand dollars where avg homes here are at a million. Everything has its price.
