That's probably just your local shop. The two biggest LHS here charge $34.99 (LS2) and $39.99 (LS Edge). LS2 has traditionally been a lower cost to dealers than LS Edge so it makes sense that the retail price is less too.
If your bag has wheels, you don't.

Wow, yeah HM had them for $25 I'm pretty sure like 3 months ago when I was shopping for them. $40 now

Stickfix on eBay has LS2 for 20 a piece. Picked up two sets of 272 holders.
