*How I work shipping, in the Continental US is, I charge a flat rate. If the cost to ship to you comes in less, I will refund the difference. If it ends up being more, I will eat the difference. It is a win-win situation for the buyer. When shipping to Canada, same rules apply, but the flat-rate goes up. Unfortunately, shipping over the boarder has gotten very expensive in recent years.
