I am deciding between a Ccm resistance and fitlite helmet. I had a react previously and I liked it. Looking for protection, and comfort, I would prefer a lower profile type helmet, cages don't really matter since I plan on putting on a Ccm Fm580 Cage. I also have a smaller/skinny head it that matters…

Whatever fits your head the best is the best helmet to choose. So go someplace and try them on if you can.

The Resistance sat lower on my head/ seems lower profile than the Fitlite. The Fitlite seems to have less helmet to it, and sits more atop the head. The Resistance goes a bit lower, and seems to wrap the sides and underneath the sides of my head best. Like Chris said tho, you gotta see what fits best. Bad fit = unsafe.
