Sorry if I came off as arrogant about my home, it was not intended to be so and self appraise is no recomendation, I just wanted Grammer to know I'm not some low life Surrey crack head {there is lots, like everywhere I guess, they seem to be everywhere}.
As for thew rest, all's fair and you have your opinion on Captaincies which I respect as I have mine. Personally I think Teows is a great captain for the Hawks, but Sharp would also look good with the "C"
Cheers Grizz

Gillis press conference was basically a flapping of the gums, but he said the word "younger" quite a few times though.
If Gillis stays I say he keeps AV around, but guys like Salo, Malhotra, Booth, Raymond and Ballard for starters are all expendable. I guess you could say everybody but the Sedin's , Burrows, Kesler, Edler and Hamhuis are too but........
BTW, Kesler was injured during the playoffs, not that it mattered really, but maybe that's why he rolled off the face of the earth for the past while
Next couple of weeks will tell a big part of what's gonna happen with this club.
As for the goalies, he said that their best of friends, they work good together and blah blah blah but I still think one will go, obviously Luongo is the best way to go here, that is if someone's willing to take on the lengthy contract associated with the deal. Schneider would be a great #1 with Eddie Lack as his back up.

Luongo will be sent packing, no doubt.
Either way, I think it "WILL" happen somehow , I hope it does, but it's just not that easy.
Hawks need a good goalie but I'm pretty much a Lou hater so personally I wouldn't want him in a Hawks jersey.

i think luongo has overstayed his welcome, this is why contracts should be kept at a max of 5 years

Vancouver fans are like yoyo's when it comes to their goalies. One day they think he's god, and the next day they wanted him outta here. It's hilarious
Brian Burke is very interested in Cory Schneider {mind you, so are a lot of other teams} but maybe he'll settle for Luongo.

if the leafs take luongo, look out, then they get a real Defenseman and a couple of forwards and they'll be good enough to not finish 13th

I would love to see that #1 out of Vancouver. #35 for the starter!

He'll wanna go somewhere where he has a chance at a Cup, he's not getting any younger.
