I was looking at picking a pro stock practice jersey and I can't seem to find anything smaller than size 58. I am 6ft tall and normally wear a Large or Xl. Does anyone know how these would fit?

56 or 58 should work, just look to not get a 58+...

I'm same height roughly medium build, if you don't were shoulders use 56 or even 54, if u do wear shoulders 56 or 58 is fine.
