They all have the fight strap too. CHL logo on back. Made in Canada.

The condition of the jersey vary, but all in great shape, with a cut and some loose threads at most from use.

It would be fairly loose. You could compare by measuring your current jersey from armpit to armpit and double it. It will be close to what size you need in this type of jersey.
