Hate to see Erikkson go but Backus brings a bit of nasty back to town.Plus hopefully that leadership they have been lacking since Thornton went to Florida. Guess we won't be getting Shattenkirk then and defense is where w need the most help.

I would like to see them go after a defensmen due to the fact that with the expansion draft next year, they could lose mcquaid. Actually I really hope they lose mcquaid. Bad contract for a bad player.
