Anybody have any suggestions for a reliable and user friendly CRM/customer service program for a small business?

Basically updating customers' information and attaching files/contracts to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Isn't Salesforce industry standard for CRM?

Thanks ^^ I just looked at some of their demo videos. And at first glance, it doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for.

I suppose I'm looking for just a database where I can access customer information from the office computers and home computers without going to a filing cabinet. Basically going paperless (in a way). On top of that, I can scan and attach contracts to those files.

Hopefully that makes sense. Any help would be a blessing. I just don't know what software/program is suitable for what I'm looking for, or if it actually works (too many sponsored ads popping up).
