Has anyone tried the STX Stallion pro stock? Curious as to how they fit, palm etc. I like the look, would rather not order another pair of gloves I won't like and be stuck with them

Thanks!

I have 2 pair of Stallion Pro Stocks (picked them up at the STX Warehouse sale). I tried on both the Stallion and the Surgeon but preferred the Stallions.

In the pair I have the inner backhand glove liner is noticeably thicker than other gloves I have used -- keeps the glove snug and feels like it offers solid protection, but still nice mobility on with the cuff.

Be sure to check if they have a flex thumb or lock thumb  ie. All the Minnesota Wild team gloves have Lock thumb due to equipment manager requirements.

Palms have held up really well so far and are not overly grippy, the gussets are a stretchy micro-mesh material.

They felt a little different at first because the gusset material is thin and light. But after a few uses I really like it. Not sure how it will hold up to cuts just yet.

I need a new pair of gloves have been looking at these. Hate buying something without ever seeing them in person. I have enough stuff laying around that I used once and didn't like!

Picked up a pair of pro stock Surgeons at the warehouse sale.  Very tight on the backhand, but with great cuff mobility.  I loved the mesh gussets, they are thin enough to provide ventilation.  Became one of my favorite gloves, so after a lot of use the palm on my upper hand is pilling a bit.

I found that they run small.  I use 14" for all other gloves, but end up with 15" in these.

This, Surgeon gloves run stupid small. Go up a size.

I found that the Stallions run more true-to-size.
