I've been a member for Sports2k for quite  while. Although not big on self posting, have been an active reader and always look forward to seeing upcoming new gear. Have bought and sold on this forum for years and overall the group is great. Seen an earlier posting regarding this member NHL1987 which appears locked. Don't know the details, but I'm going to offer my experience with this guy.

To spare the long post: I don't recommend dealing this this guy. Pants I paid for never came and waited for almost a month. He comes back to say "oh I shipped it", however no shipping info and once again, PANTS NEVER CAME. Thanks to advice from members posts, paid via Paypal as sale purchase and not gift. After requesting refund from him given he never sent me any shipping information, I had to finally go through paypal who were my favor. With discussions from other members, sounds like this guy tried to sell and collected money for the same pants at the same time. Thus, this guy, SCAMMER, tries to take people's hard working money. SHAME.....

I can submit my posts to everyone if they wish. No true. I waited very patiently. You can see he never replied to me when I requested refund.

Payment sent Oct 28; pm'ed him again Nov 2 asking if he shipped or if any info; asked him on Nov 5 if he shipped or had any info; ask him Nov 7 to finally refund me given no input from this guy. Finally had to go to paypal.

Also, he claims pants were "shipped" when I went through paypal. However no shipping info and NO pants ever arrived....

I'll agree w/ this, he tried buying off me twice on ebay and never paid. Mentioned him on the don't deal w/ on ebay topic, then he joins this forum and tries to deal to others here

This guy is a total tire-kicker and time waster. He's contacted me several times about things I didn't have listed for sale, gotten a reply from me, then never bothered to follow up.  He's done this at least 3 or 4 times.

I certainly would never buy anything from him.

This guy is a time-wasting, lying, POS to be frank.  Some of the texts I have from him are absolutely comical.

So uhhh, explain yourself to the guy who started the thread saying he had to go through Paypal to get his money back when you lied about shipping his stuff.

Well, common themes here - and yeah, having the same handle here as on ebay just seems to have widened the scope.  You've low balled me on ebay, and you've made inquiries on my gear with no follow up (that's pretty much the definition of "tire kicking".)

I guess either we're all making it up, or maybe you should reevaluate how you conduct yourself.

So low balling make me a tire kicker also you know you don't have to accept the offer
