I wanna put e pros on my jet speeds do the holes line up with h the 4.0 I know e pro has a extra hole but what about the rest ?

Holes won't line up, you'll have to drill.  Any reason why you want to make the change though?  The SB4.0 is a more reliable holder.  When I worked in a shop I remember Biznasty coming in a couple times to replace his E-Pros because they shattered after taking a pass off them.  Same break as Sidney Crosby's holders as shown in one of Dana Heinze's videos.
