TexStyle waxed. I stopped using Elite because their laces are thinner and there's too much wax.
If your bag has wheels, you don't.

no such thing, wax is good, same goes for your stick, no such thing as too much wax

The wax just ends up accumulating on the eyelets the first time you lace them up.
