So I have an appointment to get a tattoo the day before a beer league game. Has anyone had experience with this? Is this a big no no? I'll be getting it on my chest. Nothing too big. I don't wear shoulder pads so there shouldn't be much contact.

Avoid if you can. The sweat and bacteria will make it harder to heal properly. I've done it and wouldn't recommend it as the most important thing is to keep the area and skin clean

Ive done it several times. If its the day before it wont be peeling yet but youll still want to keep it covered with a bandage before under armor or whatever you use. Just change it immediately and wash after the game.

I have also played after getting a tattoo. It really comes down to how you feel. I put aquaphor creme on it then cover it with same style bandages that tattoo artist use. Then of course wash it after the game.

Two full sleeves and I've played 30 minutes after leaving the shop. If you can handle the discomfort you're fine. No need to worry about loosing color or anything. Just make sure you wash it when you get home wth anti bacterial soap, air out for 10 minutes after, then re apply a moisturizer of your preference
