no need for a suspension in my book. the 5 and game were warranted. head contact that resulted in an injury is pretty cut and dried.

Trotz and his whole, "It was a hockey play." is BS.

Why aren't people giving ovechkin more heat as well. The baseball like swing to sids arm then stick going off his head started that chain reaction.

I guess if you can't beat them you might as well injure them is OV's motto. What a dirtbag move.

Yeah. Except for a few flashes in the last three minutes, that was abysmal. Gonna be golfing by Thursday if they don't get it together.

The Pens are going all the way again this year IMO.

now that the Caps are out I can share my theory. I think they play Holtby too much in the regular season. not saying it was his fault but I think if they played him 8-10 games less I think he could be that goalie that stands on his head in April, May and June.
