About the Boston WC pricing, in my six years on the forum, I don't ever recall another pair of those offered. Other than the other shell I owned.... which sold for a lot. I'm the original owner (after Wideman). So these qualify as truly rare, especially since they were last worn at Fenway in 2010. If you want these, you're not going to be coming at me to "work something out" or get a deal. You're going to know what they are and want them. And I say this because I've already got tirekickers who mistakenly think I want to cut a deal on a set I'd gladly hold onto......
Every other set is offered at a substantial discount from when I originally put the items together.

I sold two winter classic shells, kick myself in the ass every time I think about them too. Don't see anything wrong with the pricing, good luck with the sale!

That set just sold. The sets are all substantially reduced in price from what any of that costs individually, so this isn't a case where someone gets a helmet that originally cost $425 for $150 simply because you don't want the rest of the set. Sorry, but that's the way this sale is working.

I love the Leafs shell but 1) I don't need socks and 2) the price is too rich for my blood (though not uncalled for)
always looking for non Reebok L & XL shells......
