Mark Scheifele Pro Stock Curve vs. CCM P30 Retail

Can anyone comment if this is a clone? And if not, then what are the differences?

That Scheifele appears to be more of a toe curve, where the P30 is more of a mid curve. The P30 retail is also a 5.5 lie, where that one you posted is a 7.

 

I've only played one game with the P30, but I love it. I came from using the P88 (Bauer) and P40 (CCM) prior.

I love the P30 too (on my CCM retail 7092); just keeping an eye out for a similar type pro stock curve so I can potentially get into something that is going to be the same price as my mid range stick; but lighter and livelier. I came from the X88 (STX Kane equivalent) too.

Scheifele uses a Kovalchuk pro curve. When he first entered the league, it was an exact clone. A few years ago, he changed the blade shape. It is now similar to the old Iginla retail shape, but still maintains the Kovalchuk pro curve. It is also a lie 5, not a 7.
