I'm just wondering if some people here have or have try medium shell over small girdle cause it is hard to find small shell.

 

Are the medium shell way to long and larger then the small one.

I have a Warrior M shell I sometimes wear over S pants. The length is fine, but the waist likes to get bunched up because obviously.

Girdle shell or pant shell? That will make a huge difference.

Would say girdle shell.

I've been using a medium Reebok pp90 shell over a size small 9k girdle, it's a little bit baggy and long in the thighs but nothing too bad.  I use a lace as an extra belt around the outside waist of the shell to help keep in place
