Who else here is a thumb loop cutter? I have only been cutting loops for about 6 months, but since I started doing it I love it. I feel like I have a much better grip on the stick. I only can think of a few pro players off the top of my head that do not use thumb loops, Karlsson being one.
Why do you or do you not cut your loops?

On a side note, If you think theres even the slightest possibility of you selling the gloves down the road, dont touch the loops.

Its one of the easiest 'do it yourself' fixes on gloves, just sayin.

Of course I did. Why wouldn't I cut the thumbs on a pair of gloves I will never sell and use on a regular basis.

Got on the ice with a pair of cut loops Franchise gloves. Was nice on top hand and strangely didn't notice much difference on bottom hand.

Tried it, hated it. Honestly never felt restricted with the loops. I only did it because I was curious why some pros did it. Still curious because I didn't feel any grip advantage.
