Hey Guys , getting sick of my 19k's , feeling like they are slipping down. have heard on here good things about the RBZ'S, they are getting hard to find. whats different between them & the newer quicklite's. I do like more plastic / poly inserts in the pad. Thanks

I currently have RBZ's, they replaced my old Vector 08's (which were the predecessor), and I love them. I've looked at the Quicklite's in the store and they don't seem much different, maybe a touch more hard protection on the forearm but overall pretty similar (the fit/strapping system seems to be identical). This style elbow pad is the only type that has really fit me well and always stayed in place, they're also nice and light and super mobile. My only gripe with the is how short the forearm protection is, it's much shorter than any other elbow pad I've tried on (I've been really really interested in the new STX elbows since they have a similar 3 piece design that fits great like the RBZ's but have an extended forearm pad with an extra little removable slash guard, I've tried them on a few times and think they may be in my future).

Well I pulled the trigger. didn't get RBZ or Quicklites. Bought Ccm U+pro's from TPAprohockey on here. watched review video icewarehouse put out & liked they have light weight epp foam & full poly insets in bi /tri & forearm area's. video also said strapping system & elbow cap design is very good for pads to stay in place. they also look like they would be good for people with thick forearm's ( I'm really in to weightlifting too ). any reviews on U + pro's ? Thanks Guy's P.S if anyone is looking for RBZ elbow pads , hockeydeals.com has all sizes $109.99
